A collaborative exercise to measure, learn, and improve
This project seeks to evaluate the institutional development level of ALETI member chambers and associations through a structured, voluntary, and collaborative methodology. Using a common evaluation tool and with the support of evaluators designated by the chambers themselves, personalized diagnostics, regional rankings, and a bank of best practices will be obtained to share knowledge, improve capabilities, and build stronger associations across Ibero-America.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Collaborative methodology in three steps
- ● Chamber and evaluator registration
- Each participating chamber registers two volunteer evaluators who will be trained to apply the tool.
- ● Evaluation tool application.
- A structured survey will measure institutional maturity, service level, governance, communication, financial sustainability, and more.
- ● Results and feedback.
- Each chamber will receive its personalized report, a confidential regional ranking will be created, and a document with best practices will be shared.
